Michael Dustin was raised in a small logging community in central Idaho. It was there that he discovered his love of the outdoors and natural wildlife. Many of those wilderness experiences soon found their way onto his canvas and he has been sharing them with art lovers ever since. He attended Boise State University where he pursued a bachelor of fine arts degree in illustration and advertising design. After college, he worked in the Boise area as a graphic designer, illustrator and art director. Michael now concentrates full time on his painting career and has become a successful artist selling his paintings around the world. Michael’s ability to create a broad subject matter ranging form wildlife to portraits has created a large following that keeps him busy at the easel. Michael works in a variety of mediums including oil, acrylic and watercolor. He works out of his studio on his Eagle horse ranch where his lives with his wife Suzie, twin daughters and their array of animals. Learn more
