The Eagle Plein Air Festival & Competition
is held the first week of June in historic Eagle, Idaho.

The Eagle Plein Air Festival is a festival, exhibition, and competition open to professional and non-professional artists of all skill levels. More than 75 artists visit beautiful Southwest Idaho to paint, draw, and sketch the natural landscape. Watch a demonstration, take a painting lesson and talk with the artists. At the end of the Festival, the public can view and purchase these unique visions of Eagle at the Festival Exhibition and Awards Reception.

The 2019 event will be held Saturday, June 1 – June 8

We’re turning art into a spectator sport at our Art in the Garden event on Saturday June 1st.  Watch painters compete in a 2 hr quick draw while YOU enjoy a concert and sip Idaho wine. Art, music, wine tasting all takes place at the new Underhill Gardens just north of Eagle off Highway 55. The evening ends with a wet paint sale and live auction. Food and drinks will be available.
