I recently reached out to this business after visiting several photo shops looking for help with a precious picture of my son. I had a picture of my now 30-year-old son when he was 2 in a frame that had adhered itself to the glass.I contacted them through their website and was promptly helped. I had a common problem Meg explained and she gave me something to try at home first and said if that doesn’t work bring it in. Happily it did work and was able to keep this picture of him that I love. Meg even contacted me back after a couple days to make sure all was well.
